  • redesigned physical shop and created new branded product ranges with a focus on education, history, holistic approaches to health and well-being 
     

  • successfully achieved 49% increase in average transaction value (2019-2021 compared to 2021-2022), a 51% increase in shop income year-over-year (2021-2023), and an average return on investment of 31% for the whole project

  • created direct action pre-launch campaign for new writing and publishing based start-up
